How do I get a quote?
Send photos of everything to be collected on WhatsApp, together with your postcode, access details and preferred date. We will confirm the scope and price before you book.
What affects the price?
The amount and type of waste, its weight, access, carrying distance and any specialist disposal requirements. Photos help us give a clearer estimate; tell us about anything hidden from view.
Can I book a same-day collection?
Call to check the current diary. Same-day or next-day collection may be possible, but a slot is only confirmed once agreed with the team.
Do I need to move everything outside?
Tell us where the items are and whether you need carrying help. Include stairs, lifts and any access restrictions so the quote covers the work required.
Can you take hazardous waste?
Do not include asbestos, chemicals, gas cylinders or other hazardous materials in a general clearance. Ask us first about restricted or specialist items and electrical waste.
How can I check your waste-carrier registration?
Request our current registration details before booking and check them against the Environment Agency public register. We do not display a licence number until it has been verified.
